San Antonio by Sylvia

Today we went to San Antonio.
We was going to the ice cream store and it closed down.  We went to Walgreens and my dad went in and got some stuff thats how I noticed it was closed because my mom told me.  And we went walking downtown.  We drived on the highway and we got to this place where lots of people fighted.  It had a beautiful garden and a gift shop and you could buy stuff there.  We went to the river walk and I really wanted to go on a taxi.  A taxi is this kind of boat thing that goes
around the river.  I really wanted to go on it but my dad said no because it cost $5 for each person.  We walked over a bridge.  Our meter was running out so we had to go back.  A meter is where you take money and put it in and your car can wait there.  It was a good time.

Glad to hear you are having a good time even though the ice cream store was closed. I have always wanted to visit San Antonio. My mother, your father’s aunt, has nieces and nephews in San Antonio. They are your relatives too. Sweet travels.
